Skilled Nursing
All 60 beds in our Heritage Club Care Center will be licensed for Skilled Nursing, enabling us to accommodate residents of all need levels. We encourage residents to "participate in life" as fully as they can. Our aim is to help a high percentage of residents rehabilitate to the point that they are able to return home to an active, independent lifestyle. For residents who need to remain for a longer period of time, we aim to give them a sense of home.

Our staff of on-site licensed therapists at the Heritage Club will feature a full complement of rehabilitative therapy services including physical, occupational and speech. And our activities team also keeps residents’ minds and bodies sharp through participation in a variety of activities.

Through our affiliation with our pharmacy, residents will also be assured of receiving their medications at competitive rates. Residents may also enjoy the convenience of our on-site beauty parlor and transportation services.
