Assisted Living
Assisted Living apartments at Heritage Club Mountain View will serve seniors who need some daily assistance -- but who want to live as independently for as long as possible.  Assisted Living also provides help when needed so you can focus on the things that matter in your life.  They provide complete care for residents by offering comprehensive care services that can be tailored for each resident's individual needs.  You and your family can participate in creating a personal service plan that matches your personal needs and desires.

Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation
With the objective of preserving dignity while providing focused nursing/rehabilitation care will strive to help residents restore their health.  And with on-site specialists, the skilled nursing facilities provide a full complement of rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Residents will be able to benefit from the Medicare-certified services for their brief rehabilitation stays.  And for long-term care nursing services, Heritage Club Mountain View Healthcare Center, combined with the quality of care, will make a premier nursing choice for Denver area seniors.  Residents of Independent Living or Assisted Living receive priority access for Skilled Nursing services.
